Turkey Burgers

A mouthwatering, year-round favorite. Perfect for the skillet or the BBQ. Lean turkey burgers, the recipe for healthier eating.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Do not thaw – cook from frozen.

  1. BBQ/Skillet/Broil: Lightly brush FROZEN burgers with vegetable oil.
  2. Using medium heat, cook burgers for 5 minutes on one side. 
  3. Turn burgers and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. 
  4. Centre of burger must be minimum 165°F (74°C) on a meat thermometer.
