Do not thaw – cook from frozen.
- BBQ/Skillet/Broil: Lightly brush FROZEN burgers with vegetable oil.
- Using medium heat, cook burgers for 5 minutes on one side.
- Turn burgers and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Centre of burger must be minimum 165°F (74°C) on a meat thermometer.
Ingredients: Turkey, sea salt, brown sugar, dextrose, onion powder, flavour.
