Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Before removing plastic bag place roast under warm, running water for 1 minute. Remove easy open bag. Do not remove netting or edible carrageenan wrap under netting.
- Place turkey on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil to prevent drying
- Cook until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) – approximately 3 – 3 ½ hours.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before removing netting and slicing. Remove netting, slice and serve.
Oven cooking instructions – cook from frozen. Do not cover
- Thaw the roast in refrigerator for 2 days.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Take the roast out of plastic bag. Do not remove the netting. Do not remove netting or edible carrageenan wrap under netting.
- Place turkey on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil to prevent drying.
- Cook until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) – approximately 2 1/4 hours.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before removing netting and slicing. Remove netting, slice and serve.

- Remove packaging by running frozen roast under warm water for 1 minute. Remove easy open bag. Do not remove netting or edible carrageenan wrap under netting.
- Rub roast in oil.
- Place roast in basket.
- Set air fryer to steam function.
- Steam each side for 30 minutes at 100°C.
- Set Air Fryer to 365°F (185°C). Air fry for 25 minutes each side, or until product reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Take roast out and let rest covered for 10 minutes.
Air fry cooking instructions – cook from frozen
- Thaw the roast in refrigerator for 2 days.
- Preheat BBQ to 400°F (200°C)
- Take the roast out of plastic bag. Do not remove the netting. Do not remove netting or edible carrageenan wrap under netting.
- Brush the roast with oil.
- Place the roast on the BBQ grill in indirect heat.
- Decrease the temperature to 350-375°F after 5 minutes.
- Flip every 30-40 minutes to achieve appropriate browning on both sides.
- Cook until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) - approximately 2 – 2 ½ hours.
