Combine olive oil, sesame oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar and chili flakes.
- Rub mixture all over Butterball turkey thighs. Let Butterball turkey thighs marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
- Place Butterball turkey thighs on grill. Cook each side of Butterball turkey thighs until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) approximately for 6-7 minutes on each side, over medium to high heat.
- Remove from grill.
- Thinly slice cooked Butterball turkey thighs.
- Assemble wraps by taking bibb lettuce leaves and filling with turkey, cucumber, carrot, noodles and then drizzle with sriracha sauce to taste.
