Vietnamese Turkey Wraps

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
4 Butterball Easy Fresh boneless turkey thighs¼ cup olive oil¼ cup sesame oil2½ tsp. fish sauce1½ Tbsp. soy sauce1½ Tbsp. rice wine vinegar1½ Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. chili flake1 cucumber, julienned2 carrots, juliennedVermicelli rice noodles, cooked2 heads bibb lettuceSriracha sauce

Directions

  1. Combine olive oil, sesame oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar and chili flakes.

  2. Rub mixture all over Butterball turkey thighs. Let Butterball turkey thighs marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  3. Place Butterball turkey thighs on grill. Cook each side of Butterball turkey thighs until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) approximately for 6-7 minutes on each side, over medium to high heat.
  4. Remove from grill.
  5. Thinly slice cooked Butterball turkey thighs.
  6. Assemble wraps by taking bibb lettuce leaves and filling with turkey, cucumber, carrot, noodles and then drizzle with sriracha sauce to taste.
