Ultimate Turkey Burgers

6 Butterball turkey burgers6 Dempster’s 12-grain burger buns, toasted6 slices cheddar cheese1 head bibb lettuce, washed and separated6 pickles, sliced1 red onion, thinly sliced2 tomatoes, sliced1 1/2 cup mayo

Directions

  1. Cook Butterball turkey burgers from frozen on medium heat for 7-9 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F/74˚C. Top burgers with cheese slices for final 2 minutes of cooking.

  2. Top the bottom toasted bun with mayo, and layer a piece of lettuce, pickles, red onion, tomatoes and cooked turkey burger on top of each other.
  3. Spread some mayo on the top toasted bun, then place onto burger.
  4. Repeat for all burgers and enjoy!
