Turkey Tetrazzini

2 cups Cooked Butterball Turkey Breasts or ThighsFettuccine1 tbsp Butter1½cups Celery, diced (1cm)1 cup Green pepper, diced1 Medium onion, finely chopped3 cups Mushrooms, sliced¼ cup Flour2 cups Milk½ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated½ tsp Marjoram pepper, to taste½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated


  1. Dice celery and green pepper into ½ inch (1cm) pieces and cut cooked Butterball turkey breasts or thighs into small cubes.

  2. Cook noodles according to package directions. Place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, melt butter and cook the vegetables until tender. Add flour and milk and cook stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Add mozzarella cheese, seasonings and turkey cubes. Cook at low heat, stirring until cheese has melted.
  4. Bake in oven at 350 ºF (180 ºC), 10-12 minutes.
