Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Add turkey, garlic, olive oil, lime and spices to a large bowl or zip-seal bag. Place in fridge and let marinate for at least 15-30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Remove turkey from marinade. Place turkey on a grill or pan heated to medium-high heat. Let turkey cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165⁰F.
- Place your cooked turkey breast on a plate or cutting board. Cut the breast into little cubes.
- Combine chopped tomato, mango, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic and lime juice in a small bowl. Char tortillas on the stovetop over the flame until lightly charred.
- Assemble tacos to your liking (should make about 8 small tacos). Top turkey with a few tablespoons of Pico de Gallo.
