Turkey Steaks with Chimichurri sauce

1 Butterball Boneless turkey roast1 shallot, finely chopped1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped1/4 cup mint, finely chopped1 Tbsp. oregano1/4 cup red wine vinegar1/4 cup olive oil3 cloves garlic, finely minced


  1. Preheat oven or grill to 325°F

  2. Cook roast for 2.5 hours, then remove and rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Slice into 1" steaks. Cook on a medium/high grill or frying pan for 4-5 minutes per side to achieve golden brown grill marks, then set aside.
  4. While turkey steaks rest, combine the shallot, parsley, cilantro, mint, oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and garlic in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spoon on to the steaks and serve with grilled potatoes and salad!
