Turkey Pepperoni Cups

1(175g) package Butterball Turkey Pepperoni2 (300g) packages puff pastry patty (aka vol-au-vent) shells, thawed¾ cup pizza sauce (homemade or store-bought)1 cup mozzarella cheese, gratedFresh basil for serving, optional


  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a standard 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.

  2. Gently stretch the puff pastry patty shells to fit inside the lined muffin cups, leaving a bit of overhang at the top of each cup.

  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce in each pastry shell. Divide Butterball Turkey Pepperoni among cups, then top with mozzarella cheese.

  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes, until pastry is browned and cheese is bubbling and golden. Lift out of muffin pan with a butter knife and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
