Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Reserve 1/2 cup of marinade, place in a sealable container, and refrigerate.
Place turkey parts into the bowl with the remaining marinade, submerging the turkey in the marinate as best you can.
Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Heat grill to medium-hot.
Remove turkey from marinade and discard this marinade.
Grill turkey, turning at least twice, and basting often with reserved marinade. Turkey is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F /74°C.
Serve with grilled pineapple, rice, and any remaining reserved marinade!
