Turkey Frank Bar

Serving quantities above are enough for one Turkey Frank, so if you’re having a BBQ or cooking for more than one, simply multiply the ingredient quantities by the amount of people you’re hoping to prepare for!

Hawaiian Turkey Dogs:

1 Butterball Turkey Frank1 hot dog bun2 Tbsp pineapple, diced2 Tbsp bbq sauce2 Tbsp bacon, cooked and chopped1 tsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Coney Island Turkey Dogs:

1 Butterball Turkey Frank1 hot dog bun1/4 cup chili (buy ahead of time or make your own with this chili recipe)3 Tbsp cheese sauce2 Tbsp onions, finely chopped

Korean Turkey Dogs:

1 Butterball Turkey Frank1 hot dog bun1/4 cup kimchi2 Tbsp spicy mayo2 Tbsp green onions, finely sliced1 tsp black sesame seeds

Mexican Turkey Dogs:

1 Butterball Turkey Frank1 hot dog bun2 Tbsp sour cream1/4 cup pico de gallo or salsa1/4 avocado, thinly slicedHot sauce, to taste

Directions

  1. Prep all of your ingredients/garnishes ahead of time. Place them into adequate sized serving bowls. Cover and refrigerate until you’re ready to open up the Turkey Frank Bar.

  2. Next, fire up the BBQ and grill the Butterball Turkey Franks as per package instructions.
  3. Assemble each dog by placing the frank inside the bun.
  4. Now it’s time to hit the frank bar! Assemble each frank accordingly depending on what culinary theme you’re in the mood for.
  5. After you’ve dressed ‘em up, enjoy! And who knows, maybe you hit the bar for seconds to taste another variety.
