Turkey Fettuccini

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
2 tbsp butter1 cup diced onion2 tbsp flour¼ tsp alt and freshly ground black pepper1 cup 2% milk1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1 cup green peas1 lb cooked Butterball Turkey pieces4 cups cooked fettuccini noodles½ cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Toss onions in flour, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Slowly pour in milk, whisking continuously. Bring to a boil and allow mixture to thicken, around 1 minute.
  4. Stir in green peas, cheese and turkey. Continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in fettuccini noodles until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley.
