Turkey Fajita Rolls

1 lb shredded Butterball turkey1/2 cup diced onion2 tsp. each chili powder, oregano and paprika1 clove garlic, mincedCream cheese2 Tbsp. diced jalapeno1/8 tsp. salt6- 9” tortillas1 cup low fat sour cream1 cup salsaOptional: garnish with chopped cilantro


  1. In a food processor, blend together turkey, onion, chili powder, oregano, paprika, garlic, cream cheese, jalapeno and salt for 1 minute.

  2. Spread 1 cup of this mixture onto two tortillas that are overlapping in the middle; tightly roll up the tortillas in plastic wrap. Repeat 2 more times and refrigerate all three rolls for at least 1 hour.
  3. Take tortilla rolls out of the refrigerator and slice into rounds that are 1” thick.
  4. In a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat Brown the rounds on each side, around 30 seconds each side.
  5. Serve with sour cream and salsa for dipping.
