In a food processor, blend together turkey, onion, chili powder, oregano, paprika, garlic, cream cheese, jalapeno and salt for 1 minute.
- Spread 1 cup of this mixture onto two tortillas that are overlapping in the middle; tightly roll up the tortillas in plastic wrap. Repeat 2 more times and refrigerate all three rolls for at least 1 hour.
- Take tortilla rolls out of the refrigerator and slice into rounds that are 1” thick.
- In a medium non-stick skillet over medium high heat Brown the rounds on each side, around 30 seconds each side.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa for dipping.
