Spinach & Grilled Peach Salad with Nuts and Turkey Bacon

1.5 oz (142 g) box of spinach6 slices of Butterball Turkey Bacon3 fresh peaches, sliced⅓ cup walnuts


2 Tbsp honey60 ml white wine vinegar60 ml olive oilSalt and pepper, to taste

For the peaches:

2 tsp honey1 drizzle of oil


  1. Heat turkey bacon in a medium-sized pan. Roughly crumble and set aside.

  2. Using the same pan as the bacon, drizzle oil over the peaches and grill. Add honey. Cook for 10 minutes over high heat or until the peaches are nicely grilled*.
  3. Combine all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a bowl. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
  4. In a salad bowl or serving dish, place the spinach on the bottom, then add the peaches, bacon and walnuts.

  5. *You can use the BBQ to grill the peaches to perfection.
