Prepare turkey burgers according to package directions for grilling.
- Meanwhile combine mayonnaise, sun dried tomatoes and reserved oil. Set aside.
- Grill portobello caps 2 minutes on each side or until tender. Cut each into 6 wedges.
- Combine arugula and red wine vinaigrette.
- Spread cut sides of each roll with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture. Place ⅓ cup arugula mixture on bottom half of roll. Cover with 3 pieces of the portobello mushroom. Top with 1 cooked turkey burger, 2 slices cheese and top of roll.
