Quick Pizza Meatballs

Prep time 20 minutes       Cook time 20 minutes       Serves 4


 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
1 lb Butterball Ground Turkey¼ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs1 egg, beaten¼ tsp. salt and freshly ground black pepper1 tsp. vegetable oil¼ cup diced Butterball turkey pepperoni1 cup pasta sauce¼ cup shredded mozzarellaGarnish: ¼ cup fresh parsley


  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper.

  2. Take 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture and roll into a ball and set side. Repeat until the whole mixture has been used.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs on all sides, around 4 minutes.
  4. Add in pepperoni and cook for one minute. Pour tomato sauce over top of the meatballs, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook covered for another 5 minutes or until turkey meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Serve over pasta or on a bun for a meatball sub.
