One Pot Turkey Ham Garlicky Spaghetti

1 Butterball Extra Lean Turkey Ham, diced1 Tbsp. olive oil2 cups broccoli florets1 shallot, thinly sliced1 bulb of garlic, minced1 lemon (juice and zest)1 cup white wine3 cups turkey stock1 pound spaghetti pasta1 Tbsp. fresh sage, finely chopped1/2 cup sharp provolone cheese, freshly gratedpepper


  1. In a large Dutch oven, heat olive oil on medium heat.

  2. Add diced turkey ham and brown 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in broccoli, sauté 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in shallots and minced garlic, cook 1-2 minutes.
  5. Deglaze with wine, stir in stock and lemon juice.
  6. Bring to a boil and add pasta.
  7. Cover and cook pasta until it’s al dente, 6-7 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat, stir in sage and cheese.
  9. Serve topped with lemon zest and pepper to taste.
