Mango Turkey Burgers

Prep: 20 minutes       Cook: 15 minutes       15 Serves: 4

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
4 Butterball Easy Fresh Boneless Turkey Breasts½ cup mayonnaise2 garlic cloves, minced1 cup panko bread crumbs2 fresh mangoes, diced2 egg whites¼ tsp ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and grind together using a food processor

  2. Using a spoon, scoop mixture onto cutting board and pat into 3/4-inch-thick patties
  3. Grill on medium-high for approximately 7-minutes per side, or until burgers are cooked through
  4. Spread basil pesto and mayo on buns
  5. Place burger patties on buns and top with thin slices of mango
