Directions
Cook turkey bacon on low heat for 15 minutes flipping halfway through.
- Wash and prep all vegetables and set aside.
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together.
- Assemble bowls starting with cucumber, tomato, carrots, corn, avocado, turkey bacon, cheese and finish by drizzling with dressing.
- Top with chopped lettuce and store in the fridge for up to four days.
- When ready to use give the container a good shake or flip salad into a bowl & enjoy.
