Loaded Turkey Bacon Bowls

Serves 4

4-6 slices of Butterball turkey bacon4 baby cucumbers, diced1 pint cherry tomatoes, diced1 carrot, julienned1 cup corn1 avocado, diced1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar1 head of lettuce, chopped


1/4 cup mayonnaise3 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp red wine vinegar1 Tbsp maple syrup1 tsp Italian seasoning1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp chili flakes {optional}


  1. Cook turkey bacon on low heat for 15 minutes flipping halfway through.

  2. Wash and prep all vegetables and set aside.
  3. Combine all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together.
  4. Assemble bowls starting with cucumber, tomato, carrots, corn, avocado, turkey bacon, cheese and finish by drizzling with dressing.
  5. Top with chopped lettuce and store in the fridge for up to four days.
  6. When ready to use give the container a good shake or flip salad into a bowl & enjoy.
