Jerk Turkey Sandwich

Turkey leftovers or 2 Butterball Easy Fresh Turkey Breast, boneless1 tsp fresh thyme4 tsp of honey7 tbsp allspice7 tsp ground cinnamon2-3 Tbsp. dark rum1-2 Scotch bonnet Chillies, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Slice turkey into 1-1.5 cm thick slices and place in a shallow tray.

  3. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.

  4. Thoroughly rub the seasoning mix into your turkey breasts. Cover and let marinate 1-24 hours.

  5. Place your marinated turkey breasts in the oven and let it cook until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (around 30 minutes)

  6. Let sit for a few minutes before placing on toasted Kaiser buns. Enjoy with your preferred toppings!
