Combine nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, garlic powder, dehydrated onion, thyme, chili powder, black pepper, olive oil and molasses. Set aside a small portion of the marinade for basting the drumsticks on grill.
- Rub mixture all over Butterball turkey drumsticks. Let Butterball turkey drumsticks marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight.
- Place Butterball turkey drumsticks on grill. Cook Butterball turkey drumsticks until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) approximately for 20-25 minutes on medium to high heat turning frequently to not burn.
- Mix cubed papaya, minced garlic cloves, minced chili pepper, chopped red onions, lime juice, olive oil and salt to taste.
- Sprinkle with mint.
