Hariyali Tikka Kebabs with Caramelized Lemons

2 lbs. Butterball Easy Fresh boneless skinless turkey breast1 cup fresh cilantro1 cup fresh mint1 cup spinach4 garlic cloves1 inch of ginger6 Thai green chilies1 Tbsp. garam masala2 tsp. ground cloves2 Tbsp. canola oil½ cup plain yogurt2 tsp. saltJuice of 1.5 lemons6 lemon wedges


  1. In a blender, add cilantro, mint, spinach, chilies, garlic, ginger, spices, lemon juice, salt and oil. Blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a bowl, add yogurt and stir to combine.
  3. Cube turkey into bite-sized chunks and add to green marinade. Marinade overnight or for a minimum of one hour.
  4. Thread Turkey onto soaked bamboo skewers followed by a wedge of lemon and grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until slightly crisp on the outside and juices run clear.
