Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
In a blender, add cilantro, mint, spinach, chilies, garlic, ginger, spices, lemon juice, salt and oil. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, add yogurt and stir to combine.
- Cube turkey into bite-sized chunks and add to green marinade. Marinade overnight or for a minimum of one hour.
- Thread Turkey onto soaked bamboo skewers followed by a wedge of lemon and grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until slightly crisp on the outside and juices run clear.
