Hariyali Tikka Kebabs with Caramelized Lemons

2 lbs. Butterball Easy Fresh Turkey Breast1 cup fresh cilantro1 cup fresh mint1 cup spinach4 garlic cloves1 inch of ginger6 Thai green chilies1 tbsp. garam masala2 tsp. ground cloves2 tbsp. canola oil½ cup plain yogurt2 tsp. saltJuice of 1.5 lemons6 lemon wedges


  1. In a blender, add cilantro, mint, spinach, chilies, garlic, ginger, spices, lemon juice, salt and oil. Blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a bowl, add yogurt and stir to combine.
  3. Cube turkey into bite-sized chunks and add to green marinade. Marinade overnight or for a minimum of one hour.
  4. Thread Turkey onto soaked bamboo skewers followed by a wedge of lemon and grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until slightly crisp on the outside and juices run clear.
