Grilled Turkey with Mango and Jalapeno Salsa

1-1.5 lb Butterball Turkey Breast½ of an orange2 limes1 tsp coconut aminos2 tsp sweet chili sauce1 Tbsp honey2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp olive oil1 tsp cuminhandful fresh cilantro, chopped1 mango, chopped1 avocado, cubed¼ sweet red bell pepper, choppedSalt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut turkey into 3 smaller pieces. In a bowl combine the juice of half an orange, juice of 1 lime, zest of 1 lime, coconut aminos, sweet chili sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, and a handful of fresh cilantro. Cover the turkey well and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour.

  2. For the mango avocado salsa, combine the mango, avocado, sweet red bell pepper, jalapeño, and ¼ cup of fresh cilantro. Top with the juice of 1 lime and salt and pepper.
  3. Pre heat your grill to medium-low and add your turkey breast. Cook for 7-9 minutes on each side, until the temperature of your turkey breast reaches 165˚F/82˚C.
  4. Serve your turkey over rice with a few tablespoons of your fresh salsa and enjoy!
