Cut turkey into 3 smaller pieces. In a bowl combine the juice of half an orange, juice of 1 lime, zest of 1 lime, coconut aminos, sweet chili sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, and a handful of fresh cilantro. Cover the turkey well and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
- For the mango avocado salsa, combine the mango, avocado, sweet red bell pepper, jalapeño, and ¼ cup of fresh cilantro. Top with the juice of 1 lime and salt and pepper.
- Pre heat your grill to medium-low and add your turkey breast. Cook for 7-9 minutes on each side, until the temperature of your turkey breast reaches 165˚F/82˚C.
- Serve your turkey over rice with a few tablespoons of your fresh salsa and enjoy!
