Grilled Turkey Nachos

Ingredients

1 Butterball Easy Fresh Turkey Breast, cooked1 tsp kosher salt1 tsp freshly ground black pepper1/2 cup lemon juice1 Tbsp. garlic powder1 Tbsp. onion powder1 Tbsp. ground cumin1 Tbsp. dried oregano1 bag (275 g) tortilla chips2 cups cheese (200 g), shredded

Fresh ingredients (toppings)

1 orange pepper15 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half1 mango, diced3 scallion, thinly sliced1/4 cup romaine lettuce, thinly sliced1/2 cup guacamole1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Put Butterball turkey breast in a grinder and mix with salt, pepper, lemon juice and spices. Cook in a cast iron grill pan on a bbq at medium heat for 12 minutes.

  2. Cut orange pepper in big slices and cook directly on the grill.
  3. Spread tortilla chips and cheese on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper and cook on the bbq with the lid closed for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  4. Spread cooked ground turkey, grilled pepper, guacamole, sour cream, and all the other fresh ingredients on top.
