Grilled Turkey Ham Burritos

1 cup Butterball Extra-Lean Turkey Ham, diced2 whole-grain tortillas1/2 cup light sour cream1/2 cup red cabbage, finely shredded1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded1 cup brown rice, cooked and cooled1/2 cup salsa1 avocado, slicedHot sauce to taste


  1. Pre-heat panini press or hot grill pan.

  2. Spread some of the sour cream in the center of each tortilla. Next, add shredded cabbage, cheese, rice, salsa, avocado slices, and turkey ham.
  3. Splash on some hot sauce if desired, then roll the burrito. Starting from the bottom, fold up tortilla over ingredients, and tuck. Then, fold in each side and roll the burrito away from you to close.
  4. Transfer folded burrito to your pre-heated panini press and grill for 3-4 minutes, or if you’re using a grill pan, grill for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, and then flip. Remove when burrito becomes golden brown, and cheese has melted. Serve with extra salsa and hot sauce and enjoy!
