Grilled Peach Peri-Peri Turkey Wings

2lb Butterball Easy Fresh turkey wings, split3 bell peppers (use a variety of red, orange, yellow)3 heads garlic, smashed¼ bunch parsley, fresh¼ bunch basil, fresh¼ bunch mint, fresh1 ½ tsp. salt½ cup olive oil¼ cup red wine vinegar1 birdseye chili½ cup peach nectar1 Tbsp. tomato paste1 Tbsp. sugar


  1. Combine all ingredients for the Peri-Peri in a blender (not the wings). Blend until smooth and evenly incorporated. Can be made up to 3 days in advance, and flavour actually improves with time.

  2. Marinate the wings in half of the Peri-Peri mixture for a minimum of 2 hours, all the way up to 24 hours.
  3. Heat grill to medium and coat with some olive oil to prevent sticking. Place wings on and allow to brown.
  4. Flip wings and ensure the grill isn’t too hot. The wings will cook on medium heat for 17 – 20 minutes.
  5. Baste the wings as you flip them through the cooking process with the remaining Peri-Peri.
  6. Remove from grill, top with some more Peri-Peri if desired and enjoy!
