Preheat oven to 325°F
- Place frozen turkey roast in the center of a roasting tray and rub all sides with olive oil and fresh herbs. Cook uncovered for 3 hours.
- In a saucepan, combine the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 4 minutes on medium heat until slightly thickened. Set aside.
- After 3 hours, remove turkey from oven and brush glaze all over. Return to oven and continue baking for 30 minutes.
- Wait 20 minutes before removing netting and slicing.
