Ghyslene Leback’s Maple & Herb Turkey Feast

1 Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast2 Tbsp virgin olive oil¼ cup maple syrup3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice4 Tbsp butter4 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp fresh parsley1/2 tsp fresh thyme1/2 tsp fresh rosemarySalt & Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F

  2. Place frozen turkey roast in the center of a roasting tray and rub all sides with olive oil and fresh herbs. Cook uncovered for 3 hours.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 4 minutes on medium heat until slightly thickened. Set aside.
  4. After 3 hours, remove turkey from oven and brush glaze all over. Return to oven and continue baking for 30 minutes.
  5. Wait 20 minutes before removing netting and slicing.
