Fiesta Turkey Soup

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
10 cups water1 can diced tomatoes1 tbsp each paprika, oregano and chili powder1 cup diced carrots1 cup diced celery2 cups diced onion1/2 tsp each salt and freshly ground black pepper1 lb Butterball turkey pieces2 cups Fideo pastaOptional: Garnish with chopped cilantro and crushed tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In a large 4-quart pot, bring water, diced tomatoes, paprika, oregano, chili powder, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper to a boil.

  2. Turn to medium-high and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Add in turkey and pasta; cook for an additional 5 minutes or until noodles are soft.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and/or crushed tortilla chips.
