Fast Turkey Parmesan

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
1 lb Butterball boneless turkey breast½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs2 tbsp salted butter½ cup pasta sauce½ cup Italian cheese blend (Parmesan and mozzarella)Garnish: fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

  1. Place each slice between two pieces of plastic wrap and flatten using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Remove turkey from the plastic wrap. Place breadcrumbs on a plate and dredge each cutlet in the breadcrumbs until well coated.
  2. Cook for two minutes, flip and cook for another 30 seconds or until each side is golden brown.
  3. Cover the pan and allow cheese to melt, around 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
