Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for marinade and whisk well.
- Cut turkey breast into 1” pieces and add to marinade, being sure to coat each piece evenly. Allow marinating for at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
- When ready to grill, skewer turkey pieces and set aside. Heat a well-oiled grill to medium. Season turkey kebabs with salt, then add to pre-heated grill.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Serve with pita bread, tabouleh salad, and rice!
