Egyptian Turkey Kebabs

Serves 4 People


 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
1 Butterball boneless, skinless turkey breast


1 cup yogurt2 Tbsp. olive oil1 Tbsp. paprika1 tsp. cumin1 tsp. coriander½ tsp. cinnamon¼ tsp. all spice½ tsp. chili flakes1 tsp. honey


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for marinade and whisk well.

  2. Cut turkey breast into 1” pieces and add to marinade, being sure to coat each piece evenly. Allow marinating for at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
  3. When ready to grill, skewer turkey pieces and set aside. Heat a well-oiled grill to medium. Season turkey kebabs with salt, then add to pre-heated grill.
  4. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  5. Serve with pita bread, tabouleh salad, and rice!
