Double Caesar Salad

1 lb Butterball boneless, skinless turkey breast6 Butterball turkey bacon slices, cooked as per package instructions and cut into 1/2 pieces1 tsp Tabasco sauce2 tbsp clamato juice1 tbsp tomato paste1 tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp celery salt1 tbsp Montreal steak spice1 head romaine, washed and cut1/4 cup Caesar dressing1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F. 

  2. Start by making "Caesar" inspired Butterball turkey breast. In a mixing bowl, combine clamato, tomato paste, olive oil, Tabasco sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery salt. 
  3. Sear the turkey breast in an oiled grill pan over medium/high heat for 2 minutes, then flip and sear for another 30 seconds. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet
  4. Coat cooked turkey breast with the Caesar mixture, top with Montreal steak spice, and place in oven for 25 minutes, or until turkey breast reaches an internal temperature of 165˚.F /74°C  
  5. Remove and allow to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.  
  6. While turkey rests, make the salad.  Toss romaine, cheese, and red onion in a mixing bowl with Caesar dressing.  Transfer to a serving platter, then sprinkle crispy turkey bacon. 
  7. Slice Caesar turkey breast and shingle alongside the salad. 
  8. Serve with fresh lemon wedges, top with extra parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
