Curry Lime Turkey Burger

1 pack Butterball turkey burgers1/4 cup mayo1 Tbsp hot curry powder2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice1 pack brioche sesame seeds burger buns2 avocadosHomemade or store-bought pickled onions, to tasteFresh cilantro, to taste


  1. Cook the Butterball turkey burger patties in the air fryer at 400⁰F for 15 minutes, flipping them after 10 minutes. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165⁰F (74⁰C).

  2. For the sauce, mix mayo, curry powder and lime juice.
  3. Toast the brioche burger buns.
  4. Slice the avocados.
  5. Assemble the burger, start with the bun, turkey patty, 4 avocado slices, pickled onions and cilantro to your liking. Finish with some curry-lime mayo on the top bun.
