Colourful Pasta Salad

2 cups chopped leftover cooked Butterball ® Turkey2 cups (6 oz.) uncooked tri-color rotini pasta4 oz. crumbled feta cheese3/4 cup sliced zucchini1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper1 can (2.5 oz.) sliced pitted ripe olives, drained3/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves3/4 cup Italian dressing, divided


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Place in large bowl.

  2. Add turkey, cheese, zucchini, bell peppers, olives and basil; mix lightly. Add 1/2 cup of the dressing; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup dressing just before serving.
