Colourful Pasta Salad

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
2 cups chopped leftover cooked Butterball ® Turkey2 cups uncooked tri-color rotini pastaCrumbled feta cheese¾ cup sliced zucchini½ cup chopped yellow bell pepper½ cup chopped red bell pepper½ cup chopped green bell pepper1 can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained¾ cup chopped fresh basil leaves¾ cup Italian dressing, divided

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Place in large bowl.

  2. Add turkey, cheese, zucchini, bell peppers, olives and basil; mix lightly. Add ½ cup of the dressing; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Stir in remaining ¼ cup dressing just before serving.
