Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Combine paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, all-spice and thyme together. Rub thoroughly all over wings.
- Allow the wings to sit in the rub for at least 2 hours,up to overnight in the fridge.
- When ready to cook, preheat greased grill to medium. Add wings and cook for 30-35 minutes, flipping periodically to ensure even browning and crispy skin. Internal temperature should be 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the grill and immediately season with salt, fresh lime juice/zest, drizzled honey and an extra sprinkle of chili flakes. Enjoy!
