3 lbs. Butterball Turkey wings (about 10 wings). Note: can substitute for other turkey parts2 Tbsp paprika1 tsp chili flakes1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp cumin1 tsp all-spice1 tsp thyme

Garnish

2 limes for juicing/zesting¼ cup honeyExtra chili flakes

Directions

  1. Combine paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, all-spice and thyme together. Rub thoroughly all over wings.

  2. Allow the wings to sit in the rub for at least 2 hours,up to overnight in the fridge.
  3. When ready to cook, preheat greased grill to medium. Add wings and cook for 30-35 minutes, flipping periodically to ensure even browning and crispy skin. Internal temperature should be 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and immediately season with salt, fresh lime juice/zest, drizzled honey and an extra sprinkle of chili flakes. Enjoy!

  5. KEY TIP: Cook wings to 180°F (82°C) degrees for optimal tenderness. Unlike white meat (which should be cooked to 165 degrees), dark meat wings are better when they are a little more cooked.
