Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Cook the turkey legs as directed on the package, either in the oven or on the grill.
- Shred and set aside.
- Assemble the bowls by stacking the grains, leafy greens and toppings, then the turkey thighs.
- Whisk the ingredients of the vinaigrette and serve on the bowls.
