Chili Lime Turkey Burrito Bowls with Lime Vinaigrette

Burrito bowl

1 package Butterball Easy Fresh Boneless Chili Lime Turkey Thigh1½ cups of cooked grains (brown or white rice, quinoa, wheatberries, millet, or other grain)3-4 cups salad greens (romaine, spinach, arugula, kale, or other) washed and driedGrilled or cooked vegetables, avocado, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, or whatever else you have

Lime vinaigrette

¼ cup neutral oil3 tbsp lime juice1 tsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp honey¼ tsp lime zestSalt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the turkey legs as directed on the package, either in the oven or on the grill.

  2. Shred and set aside.
  3. Assemble the bowls by stacking the grains, leafy greens and toppings, then the turkey thighs.
  4. Whisk the ingredients of the vinaigrette and serve on the bowls.
