Cherry Glazed Turkey Ham

Serves 4-6

1 Butterball turkey ham, cut into 1 1/2 slices

Cherry Glaze:

1 cup cherry jam1/4 cup red wine vinegar1/4 tsp chili flakes1 Tbsp dijon mustard


  1. Begin by making the glaze. Combine all of the ingredients in a pot, then bring up to a gentle boil, then reduce. Simmer for few mins until slightly thickened, then remove and allow to cool. Set aside.

  2. Preheat your grill to medium high. Add your Butterball turkey ham slices and grill for 2- 3 minutes, then flip.
  3. Spread some cherry glaze onto each slice and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove and serve turkey ham on a platter, with extra cherry glaze on the side. Serve with summer salads and enjoy!
