Preheat oven to 375°F
- Dip bacon strips in brown sugar, followed by ground almonds. Twist two strips of turkey bacon and make a heart shape with one strip on each side. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt white chocolate in a bain-marie/double boiler on the stove. Drizzle with a fork over the cooked turkey bacon hearts and then top with ground strawberries and edible rose petals.
