Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high.
- Add in Butterball turkey ham and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Then add black pepper and green onions, and cook for another minute.
- In a separate pot, boil salted water, drop in spaghetti. Cook as per package instructions (or until al dente), then add to the skillet with the turkey ham. Add some starchy water from boiling pot (about 1/2 cup in total).
- Add cheese to pasta mixture and toss. Add yolks and stir together vigorously to avoid any scrambling. Heat on low for 2-3 minutes, moving the pasta and tossing regularly, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Plate with extra cheese and an extra crack or two of pepper.
