Directions
Heat up a frying pan on medium heat with oil. Add turkey burger, cooking for 7-9 minutes on both sides or until the center of the burger reaches 165°F/74°C on a meat thermometer.
- Set aside to cool for two minutes.
- Prepare burger sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet relish, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Dice burger into bite size pieces.
- In a large bowl combine lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, onions, cheese, and your diced burger.
- Top with burger sauce and enjoy!
