Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). In a small bowl, mix together butter curry paste and yogurt.
- Rub over the turkey breast and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake until meat thermometer reaches 165°F.
- Meanwhile, Melt butter in a large pan, over medium high heat. Stir in onions and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Stir in tomato and heavy cream.
- Turn burner to low and let cook for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over turkey.
- Serve with rice and garnish with cilantro.
