Butter Turkey Curry

1 lb Butterball Easy Fresh boneless skinless turkey breast¼ cup butter curry paste¼ cup plain yogurt1 cup diced onion¼ cup salted butter2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup crushed tomato2 cups heavy creamGarnish: ¼ cup fresh cilantro


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). In a small bowl, mix together butter curry paste and yogurt.

  2. Rub over the turkey breast and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake until meat thermometer reaches 165°F.
  3. Meanwhile, Melt butter in a large pan, over medium high heat. Stir in onions and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Stir in tomato and heavy cream.
  4. Turn burner to low and let cook for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over turkey.
  5. Serve with rice and garnish with cilantro.
