BUTTER, HERBS AND GARLIC TURKEY ROAST

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
1 Butterball Boneless Turkey Roast1 Tbsp. dried Herbs de Provence¼ cup semi-salted butter, melted1 garlic clove, choppedSalt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Cook roast according to instructions on package.
  3. Mix melted butter with herbs and garlic. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put turkey in a shallow oven-proof dish. Baste with butter.
  5. Cook in the oven for 4 hours, turning halfway though cooking, or until a meat thermometer reaches a minimum temperature of 74°C.
  6. Serve with grilled vegetables, a salad and potatoes or rice.
