Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Cook roast according to instructions on package.
- Mix melted butter with herbs and garlic. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Put turkey in a shallow oven-proof dish. Baste with butter.
- Cook in the oven for 4 hours, turning halfway though cooking, or until a meat thermometer reaches a minimum temperature of 74°C.
- Serve with grilled vegetables, a salad and potatoes or rice.
