Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
In a large 4-quart pot, bring turkey bones and water to a boil over high heat.
- Lower heat to medium-high and allow to cook for 15 minutes.
- Drain the broth from the pot and reserve for later use; discard the bones.
- Place the broth back into the same pot with the carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in turkey and egg noodles. Cook until noodles are soft or 5 minutes.
