Bone Broth Turkey Noodle Soup

1.5 lbs Butterball turkey bones1 lb Butterball Turkey pieces (cooked)10 cups water1 ½ cups diced carrots1 ½ cups diced celery2 cups diced onion½ tsp. each salt and freshly ground black pepper1 cup dry egg noodles


  1. In a large 4-quart pot, bring turkey bones and water to a boil over high heat.

  2. Lower heat to medium-high and allow to cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain broth from the pot and reserve for later use; discard bones.
  4. Place broth back into the same pot with carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in turkey and egg noodles. Cook until noodles are soft or 5 minutes.
