Big Game Buffalo Turkey Dogs

8 Butterball Turkey Franks8 Brioche hot dog buns (toasted)1/2 cup mayo1/2 cup sour cream1/3 cup blue cheese1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 lemon, juiced1/2 cup Buffalo hot sauce3 Tbsp butter (melted)1/2 cup crispy onions (crushed)Celery leaves (garnish)


  1. Combine mayo, sour cream, blue cheese, garlic powder, and lemon juice and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and butter.

  2. Heat a lightly greased grill pan over medium-low and add Butterball Turkey Franks. Grill for 7–10 minutes, turning regularly and basting with hot sauce and butter mixture.
  3. Spread blue cheese sauce inside each hot dog bun. Add a Butterball Turkey Frank. Top with crispy onions and celery leaves to garnish. Enjoy with the big game!
