For roast:

1 Butterball Frozen Boneless Turkey Breast roast1 Tbsp. smoked paprika1 tsp. onion powder½ tsp. garlic powder¼ tsp. cayenne pepper1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

For BBQ sauce:

½ cup ketchup½ cup brown sugar¼ cup soy sauce6 cloves garlic, minced½ tsp. smoked paprika¼ tsp. cayenne pepper¼ tsp. kosher salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF or prepare grill for indirect cooking over medium-low heat (about 350ºF).

  2. Combine spices with oil and rub all over turkey roast. Cook, uncovered, for about 3 hours or until internal temperature of 165ºF is reached. Remove from oven or grill.

  3. Meanwhile, combine ingredients for BBQ sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and turns a shade darker. Cook for about 5 minutes.

  4. Use kitchen scissors to carefully remove netting from turkey roast. Prepare grill (or grill pan) for high heat direct cooking. Brush BBQ sauce on turkey and place on grill. While flipping, brush on additional BBQ sauce several times until nicely charred.

  5. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining BBQ sauce.
