Directions
Cut pineapple into 3/4-inch slices. Place on a preheated, greased BBQ and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and caramelized. Then remove, dice and set aside.
- Grill the Butterball turkey franks as per package instructions.
- Using a brush, spread BBQ sauce onto each frank for the last 2 -3 minutes of grilling, then remove.
- Place each frank in a hot dog bun, then drizzle on some extra BBQ sauce.
- Top with chopped grilled pineapple, onions, and cilantro. Enjoy!
