BBQ Turkey Franks with Grilled Pineapple

8 Butterball turkey franks8 hot dog buns1 pineapple, sliced, grilled, and diced2 cups BBQ sauce1 white onion, diced1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped


  1. Cut pineapple into 3/4-inch slices. Place on a preheated, greased BBQ and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and caramelized. Then remove, dice and set aside.

  2. Grill the Butterball turkey franks as per package instructions.
  3. Using a brush, spread BBQ sauce onto each frank for the last 2 -3 minutes of grilling, then remove.
  4. Place each frank in a hot dog bun, then drizzle on some extra BBQ sauce.
  5. Top with chopped grilled pineapple, onions, and cilantro. Enjoy!
