Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Add spinach, coriander, mint, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, green chillies, garam masala, ground cloves, vegetable oil and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a large bowl.
Add yogurt to blended ingredients and stir to incorporate.
Place turkey thighs in marinade and mix to coat. Allow to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight in the fridge.
Preheat grill to 350° F. Cook turkey thighs for 30-35 minutes, turning once in a while until slightly charred on the outside and cooked through to the middle (cook until a meat thermometer reads an internal temperature of 165° F).
Remove thighs from grill and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
