Cooking Instructions

    Oven cooking instructions – cook from frozen. Do not cover

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Before removing plastic bag place roast under warm, running water for 1 minute. Remove easy open bag. Do not remove netting or edible carrageenan wrap under netting.
  3. Place turkey on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil to prevent drying.
  4. Cook until meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) – approximately 3 – 3 ½ hours.
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before removing netting and slicing. Remove netting, slice and serve.

    Air fry cooking instructions – cook from frozen

  1. Remove packaging by running frozen roast under warm water for 1 minute. Remove easy open bag. Do not remove netting or edible carrageenan wrap under netting.
  2. Rub roast in oil.
  3. Place roast in basket.
  4. Set air fryer to steam function.
  5. Steam each side for 30 minutes at 100°C.
  6. Set Air Fryer to 365°F (185°C). Air fry for 25 minutes each side, or until product reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Take roast out and let rest covered for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Turkey breast, Seasoning (water, salt, sodium phosphate, sugar, natural flavour, spice extracts), Stuffing (water, bread, vegetable oil margarine [containing palm and palm kernel oils], onions, celery, parsley, salt, onion powder, spices). Wrapped in an edible carrageenan film.
