Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Combine yogurt, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and Tabasco sauce in a large mixing bowl. Add cubed turkey meat and marinate for at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
Skewer turkey and get set to grill. Heat your BBQ (or grill pan) to medium-high and brush it with olive oil. Grill turkey for 8-10 minutes, turning from time to time, or until the internal temperature is 165 °F.
- Brush oil on onions and grill on medium-high for 2- 3 minutes.
- Add pita bread (or naan) to the grill and heat for 1 - 2 minutes, until nicely charred.
- To serve, spread yogurt on grilled bread. Top with some of the onions, turkey, and finish with some fresh mint and a final dash of Tabasco.
