Vietnamese Turkey Breast

Turkey and Marinade:

1 pack Butterball Easy Fresh turkey breast slices2 Tbsp. lemongrass paste2 garlic cloves2 Tbsp. lime juice2 Tbsp. fish sauce1 Tbsp. light soy sauce2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. coconut oil or vegetable oil

Other Ingredients:

200 g whole grain rice vermicelli noodles (follow the cooking instructions on package)2 cucumbers, julienned2 carrots, julienned4 cups iceberg or romaine lettuce, finely sliced1/2 cup fresh mint leaves1/2 cup fresh cilantro leavesAlready made Nuoc Cham Sauce


  1. Combine ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Marinate turkey for 2 to 24 hours.

  2. Cook turkey on BBQ or in a frying pan on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, until dark golden brown.
  3. Serve sliced turkey, noodles and toppings in different bowls to allow for personalization.
  4. Pour some Nuoc Cham over noodles to taste.
