Turkey cranberry wraps

Ingredients

1 Butterball Naturally Inspired Boneless Turkey Breast Roast leftovers chopped in small cubes or cooked turkey leftovers1/3 cup finely chopped celery4 basil leaves finely chopped2/3 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup mayonnaise1 tsp honey mustard1 garlic cloveSalt and pepperWhole wheat tortillasBaby Spinach

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together turkey cubes, celery, cranberries, basil, garlic, mayo, honey mustard, with a wooden spoon.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Place a layer of baby spinach leaves on a tortilla. Spread the turkey salad mixture over the spinach. Roll them up tightly and slice into pinwheels to add to lunch box
