1 Butterball Easy Fresh boneless turkey breast1/2 Butterball extra lean turkey ham, sliced1 cup all-purpose flour3 eggs, scrambled with a splash of water1 cup Italian breadcrumbs1 canola oil, for shallow frying8 slider buns4 slices Swiss cheese1 Tbsp canola oil1 1/2 cups mayo1/4 bunch parsley, finely chopped1/4 bunch dill, finely chopped1/2 bunch chives, finely sliced

  1. Cut turkey breast into 8 even square-shaped pieces. Cover pieces with some plastic wrap, then flatten with a meat mallet until each piece is about a 1/4" thin. Take each turkey piece and add to flour. Transfer to the egg wash, and then breadcrumbs. Make sure each turkey piece is covered totally by the breadcrumbs, then set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a large and deep skillet over medium high. When oil is hot and slightly rippling, add breaded turkey. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165˚F/74˚C). Add the Swiss cheese for the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt.
  3. While the turkey breast is cooking, heat a tablespoon of oil in a separate grill pan over medium. When hot, add the slices of turkey ham. Grill on each side for 1-2 minutes, then remove. Cut the ham slices into quarters and set aside.
  4. Mix together mayo, parsley, dill, and chives. Slather some mayo mixture on each side of slider bun. Add crispy turkey breast and melted Swiss along with slices of grilled turkey ham to the bottom bun then add top bun. Enjoy!
